What You’ll Do
- Launch impactful campaigns – Develop fundraising initiatives that generate vital income and engage diverse audiences
- Create exceptional experiences – Deliver personalised, seamless supporter journeys that reflect our values and inspire giving
- Build community connections – Be the link between our Charity, hospital staff, and supporters, forming relationships with people from all backgrounds
- Understand donor motivations – Tailor approaches that resonate with what drives people to support our cause
- Drive projects independently – Mobilise fundraising initiatives from concept to completion while collaborating with colleagues
- Support the team – Provide flexible coverage when needed (training provided)
- Uphold standards – Ensure all activities align with Trust guidelines and Charity policies
What We’re Looking For
- Fundraising experience and a passion for charitable work
- Energy, enthusiasm, and excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with creative thinking and the ability to deliver results
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
